DAY 10 of the 12 DAYS OF SMOKED MEAT features a holiday favorite. The SMOKED TOMAHAWK RIBEYE. Served with a fully loaded baked potato. Treat yo self or someone ya love!

Day 11 is here of the annual 12 DAYS OF SMOKED MEAT! This is a special day we have been looking forward to as we welcome our friends from FONDA  SAN MIGUEL to STILES SWITCH BBQ for a delicious guest collaboration day. Get by for the SMOKED & BRAISED SHORT RIB BIRRIA with MEXICAN CHICKPEA PUREE.  Smoked & braised beef short rib plated with Mexican  chickpea puree. Garnished with fresh cilantro, red onion, and fried chickpeas. Guest Collaboration with Chef Alex Castro & Chef Arielle Mirasole, FONDA SAN MIGUEL

Day 12 of the 12 DAYS OF SMOKED MEAT is a grand finale of the holiday kind! Join us for a festive plate of our homemade brisket & pulled pork tamales!! We serve this special by the plate. Smoked brisket tamales served with red-roasted salsa & pulled pork tamales served with verde salsa. Served by the plate with pinto beans, Spanish rice, & chips & queso.
