Every month, we feature a new House-Made Sausage of the Month. Keep coming back for more unique creations from the Stiles Switch Sausage Team, led by Chris Crowley.
THE BEEF CHIMICHURRI SAUSAGE
This all-beef link is our spin on the classic flavors of a Brazilian churrasco! Seasoned with lime, oregano, garlic, parsley, cilantro, coal-charred red onions, and red chiles. Served with a side of house red Chimichurri sauce for dipping!

The Smoked Pork Belly Banh Mi - slow-smoked pork belly sliced and drizzled with our house "sticky sauce." Dressed with quick-pickled carrots, jalapeños, red onion, and cilantro. Finished with our house Sriracha Mayo. Served with a side of homemade Fries.

SMOKED PRIME RIB DAY - Our Smoked Prime Rib is served by the plate. 1/2 lb of Smoked Prime Rib served with two special sides: Smoked Pork Hash with Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes & Sauteed Green Beans with Bacon & Tomatoes. Served with horseradish cream sauce and a dinner roll. Or grab this special cut by the 1/2 lb a la carte.

Smoked Brisket Burger Day! We start with house-ground and smoked 1/2lb brisket burgers. Today, try the BACON HAVARTI SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with creamy Havarti cheese, crispy Bacon, roasted jalapeno mayo, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Choice of Homemade Onion Rings or Homemade Fries. Or keep it classic and try the ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch Special Sauce, and pickles. Both burgers are served with your choice of homemade Onion Rings or Homemade French Fries.

BRISKET STUFFED JALAPEÑO POPPERS -xlarge jalapeño (de-seeded) stuffed with brisket & cream cheese. bacon wrapped, seasoned, and slow smoked. Finished with our house serrano glaze. Served with a side of homemade ranch dressing for dipping!

The Oak Smoked "Flaming Dr. Pepper" Wings - this house sauce is a little sweet with a little heat. Oak Smoked & flash fried to finish...we take our wings seriously at Stiles Switch BBQ. Don't skip this special one day only flavor in addition to our everyday houses sauces: Buffalo, Alabama White, Honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, and Lemon Pepper.
