THE PIMENTO CHEESE SAUSAGE
This house-made pork sausage is perfectly seasoned with the flavors of a classic pimento cheese spread. Smoked Red Bell Peppers, Green Onions, Seasoned Salt, Paprika, house-made hot sauce, and EXTRA CHEESE!
Served with our signature Dunker's Seasoned Crackers & homemade Pimento Cheese Spread.

Smoked Brisket Burger Day! We start with house-ground and smoked 1/2lb brisket burgers. Today, try the DILL-UXE SMOKED BRISKET BURGER - dressed with Crispy Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, our house Ranch Dressing Spread, & topped with Homemade Fried Pickles. Or keep it classic and try the ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch Special Sauce, and pickles. Both burgers are served with your choice of homemade Onion Rings or Homemade French Fries.

OAK SMOKED "Raspberry Chipotle" WINGS - Don't skip this one day only special flavor. Our wings are slow smoked over post oak wood and flash fried to finish. Sauced and tossed to order. Try this special flavor or our everyday lineup of house sauces: Alabama White, Roasted Garlic Honey Mustard, Buffalo, Honey BBQ, Lemon Pepper, & Garlic Parmesan.

Smoked Pork Belly Banh Mi - Smoked & Sliced Pork Belly drizzled with our house "sticky sauce." Dressed with quick pickled carrots, red onion, sliced jalapeño, and cilantro. Finished with our house Sriracha mayo. All of this in a griddle toasted baguette. Served with homemade fries.

SMOKED PRIME RIB DAY - Our Smoked Prime Rib is served by the plate. 1/2 lb of Smoked Prime Rib served with two special sides: Smoked Pork Hash with Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes & Sauteed Green Beans with Bacon & Tomatoes. Served with horseradish cream sauce and a dinner roll. Or grab this special cut by the 1/2 lb a la carte.
