Smoked Brisket Burger Day! We start with house ground and smoked 1/2lb brisket burgers. Today we will be featuring (2) fan favorite burgers. The Bacon Havarti Smoked Brisket Burger - dressed with crispy bacon, creamy Havarti cheese, roasted jalapeno mayo, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Choice of Homemade Onion Rings or Homemade Fries...or keep it classic with The All American Burger - served with homemade onion rings and fries. Served with your choice of homemade onion rings or homemade French fries. Or try the classic ALL AMERICAN SMOKED BRISKET CHEESEBURGER - dressed with American Cheese, Switch Special Sauce, and pickles. Served with your choice of homemade Onion Rings or Homemade French Fries.

Smoked Picanha is back for your Friday Specials Board! This is one great cut. We take this special cut of beef, sear it off on our live-fire Santa Maria grill, and then slow smoke it to finish. We serve this with our house Chimichurri.

Oak Smoked "Garlic Honey Mustard" Wings - slow smoked over post oak wood and flash fried to finish. Sauced and tossed to order in our special Garlic Honey Mustard Sauce. This is one outstanding sauce selection. Try this special wing flavor in addition to our everyday flavors of: Alabama White, Honey BBQ, Buffalo, Lemon Pepper, & Garlic Parmesan.

The Pitmaster Cuban Sandwich - this sandwich is one week in the making. We house brine and smoke our ham. We slice it deli thin and pile in on this sandwich with our slow smoked pork shoulder. Dressed with Lance's Mustard, Swiss Cheese, and Pickles. Served with a side of homemade fries. We feature this sandwich once a month, and today is the day. So get by for it!

SMOKED PRIME RIB DAY - Our Smoked Prime Rib is served by the plate. 1/2 lb of Smoked Prime Rib served with two special sides: Smoked Pork Hash with Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes & Sauteed Green Beans with Bacon & Tomatoes. Served with horseradish cream sauce and a dinner roll. Or grab this special cut by the 1/2 lb a la carte.
